Does your company have pricing power? Can sales get choosy with their leads?

Here at Inbound Mill, we take strategy very seriously. In fact, we have a service called Buyer Persona Development which supports the strategy we create for a comprehensive game plan to acquire clients using the web.

What I find to be interesting is the fact that this is probably the most important piece of any marketing initiative, yet most agencies don't offer it because it's not a shiny object that is very sexy to sell. But if you ask any marketing consultant worth their salt, they'll tell you that it's the one thing that'll either make or break your entire marketing and sales strategy.

That's why I'm going to begin filming a series of videos that go over buyer persona development and how you can empower yourself to put this information into action inside your company right away. Here are the list of things you'll need: An eagerness to improve your capabilities, a list of your past clients, and a willingness to interview for insights.
